Devious Journal Entry

So, I was feeling kinda down because I was informed that the Sly Cooper Collection game is no longer available for sale, neither on my country or its original country, so I won't be buying it which also means I won't get a PS3 and I also won't be buying Sly 4 when it is released next year, even though I was already saving for all of those. Oh well, I get to spend more on Christmas' gifts this year  guess.

I need to write an 8-10 pages paper for college until monday (3 more days including today) but even though I already have an overall idea of what to write, I can't think of a way to make a bridge between all the chapters, in order for it to be cohesive. That "art block" and my new Sly Cooper depression mood made me browse DA for random stuff to distract myself in order to gain courage to get back to working on my paper. No idea how, but I ended up coming across vanmall's changing your username visual suggestion and I thought something like "I wish I could change my username, but I don't have a PM so...". For some reason I still clicked the Settings, just to see what the Change Username section looked like. That's when I saw a green message saying something like "your premium membership lets you change your username". What the hell? What do you mean "my Premium Membership?" I thought. I ran back to my profile and found this "1 Month Premium Membership: Given by Ayame-Kenoshi" and I almost fell of my chair. Thank you SO much Ayame, you just made me a happy person again. I don't usually like surprises, but this was a good one.

I took the chance to finally change my username (and use a cute journal skin - we, mere non-PM-mortals, are only allowed to do so once a year) and I plan to add sub-folders to my gallery and decorate my profile while I still can* ^^ I might also become a Beta Tester this month, as that'll be yet another chance for me to give back to the DA community. You know I've been trying to find ways to do that lately.
Nothing to do with this, but I've also been wanting to change my avatar for some time now, but I lack the ideas.

I've been working on giving both my gallery and my favourites a bit more organization and they both look slightly better now. I have a few ideas for submissions. Eldenina requested some pedobear art xD I'd also like to update my avatar and my set of free stamp bases (and maybe make a 2nd set) and also maybe do some Halloween art. Also I do realise I promised a few people I'd do more adoptables (not only point adoptables) and yes I do realise I haven't finished any of the fursonas yet. But college work is starting to get serious again, I keep struggling to be active on my DA account. Still, I won't stop submitting art for months at a time like a did on the past. Altough, to be honest, when I do have free time but I'm going through an art-block, I just play League of Legends (I'm Anahia on the EU West server, you can send me an invite if you have an account).
And by the way, if you have any suggestions of stuff you'd like me to do, don't forget to go here and vote (and maybe leave a comment).




* nevermind that, I'm giving up that idea for now, just being able to add a poll and a few extra boxes (dind't even need the custom ones) works fine for now
